Day 3: Ex Social Anxiety Sufferer. Inspirational book, need your help. :-)

Day 3 of my blog, I’d love your help with my book, I need some of your experiences with SA so other people can relate to you and get something from your sharing. I need about 600-800 words, there’s no right or wrong, just type from the heart, share how long you’ve had SA, how you found out, how you feel etc. Thanks, Steve
